2. Purpose. These sites offer automated digital products to find and assess business opportunities: Trend Detective, the Business Audit and related tools. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale.
3. Use of the site. You agree to use the site in good faith and lawfully. Bulk extraction of its content and unlawful use are not allowed.
4. Intellectual property. The UseAtlas trade name, logo, texts, design, code and databases belong to Iván Álvarez Martínez or are used with permission. Third-party sources we cite (videos, products, articles) belong to their authors; we only show our own summary and a link to the source.
5. AI-generated content and estimates. Some summaries and analyses are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system, and this is stated each time. Scores and estimated figures are indicative and non-binding: they are not financial, legal or tax advice, nor a promise of income.
