Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of UseAtlas products. You accept them when you pay, and we email them to you with your receipt.
1. Seller. Iván Álvarez Martínez (UseAtlas), NIF 05414460F, Polígono, Parcela 3 - 001, 07816 San Antonio de Portmany, Ibiza, Spain. Contact: info@useatlas.pro.
2. What we sell and at what price. All prices include Spanish VAT.

3. Founder seats. The founder price is for the first 10 purchases, first come first served. It stays as long as you remain subscribed; if you cancel and come back, you only get it back if founder seats are still available; otherwise the standard rate (Pro) applies. Once the 10 seats are taken, the available plan is Pro.
4. Payment. You pay by card through Stripe; the total is shown before you confirm. We never see or store your card details. You receive the receipt by email and, on request or if you enter your tax ID, an invoice.
5. Delivery. Everything is delivered online. Subscriptions start as soon as you pay. The audit report reaches your email as a PDF, usually within ten minutes; if you do not have it within thirty minutes, write to us with your order number.
6. Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically every month, on the day you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your panel or by writing to us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. If we change a price, we notify you 30 days in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
7. Guarantee and right of withdrawal
- Subscriptions: you have 14 calendar days from the first payment to ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Audit report, analysis pack and other content delivered immediately: before paying we ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).
- If a report or analysis cannot be generated or delivered for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount. If you pay twice by mistake, we fix it.
8. What we do not promise. Scores, summaries and estimates are indicative information generated automatically. They are not financial, legal or tax advice and do not guarantee income. The decisions you make with them are yours.
9. Permitted use. Subscriptions are personal. Reselling the content or extracting it in bulk is not allowed.
10. Complaints and governing law. Write to info@useatlas.pro and we will reply within one month at most. Spanish law applies; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
