We process only the data needed to provide the service you ask for, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We never see or store your card details: payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Automated analysis. Scores and analyses are computed by an automated system, supported by artificial intelligence, on the website or link you provide. It is an informative diagnosis of that content: it makes no decision about you and has no legal effect (Article 22 GDPR). If you want a person to review it, write to us.
4. The links you analyse. We keep the link and its result so the same analysis is not repeated. A public link may be added to the UseAtlas opportunity inventory, never tied to your name or email.

Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@useatlas.pro. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
7. Minimum age. Our services are for people aged 18 or over.
8. Security. We use encrypted connections, restricted access and backups to protect your data.
